Overall well-being contributes to student success. When you feel good, you perform better academically. SCF offers resources to help you stay well and perform at your best. The SCF Wellness Program is designed for full- or part-time SCF students and involves many activities from the seven dimensions of wellness: physical, spiritual, social, emotional, intellectual, occupational, and environmental.

Services for Your Emotional Well-Being
SCF Counseling Services
The Dean of Students Office offers Counseling Services to students to support their mental well-being. SCF offers counseling appointments, a 24/7 Counseling & Support Line, and options to speak to the Campus Ministry.
- National Suicide Prevention Lifeline. 800-273-8255. The Lifeline provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones. You can call this number if you want to talk to someone now, or if you want to help a loved one in distress.
- On Campus Counseling. It takes strength to ask for help. Sometimes life can be overwhelming. If you feel stressed, overwhelmed, without motivation or stuck, reach out to us. We provide virtual and on-campus face-to-face counseling. We’re waiting to help.
